FAQs
Can you attend to fit the curtains outside of regular hours?
Yes, we understand that the building is regularly used for worship and will plan our visit around this so as not to disturb visitors and guests.
The building has a very high roof, how will you install the curtains?
Our team is trained and accredited for both motorised platform and scaffold access. If necessary, we will use scaffold or a motorised platform to install your curtains. We will arrange this at a convenient time so as not to disturb the religious use of the building.
Will your team respect the customs of my place of worship?
We are happy to accommodate any special requirements when attending a religious building. Please let our team know in advance so we can plan appropriately.
Will fitting curtains in my place of worship create a disturbance?
Our trained team are very aware of the need to be considerate whilst working in a sacred space. We will plan our work in order to minimise any disruption and will, of course, clean up fully after the installation is complete.
How much maintenance will my canopy require?
Our canopies require almost no maintenance, they are remarkably solid. Occasional cleaning will keep the glass or polycarbonate looking its best.
Do your canopies come with any warranty?
Yes, all canopies from Corona Contracts come with a ten year warranty.
What safety features do your canopies have?
Our canopies are accredited to BS EN1090 and have been load tested to ensure longevity and stability.
Can I use a canopy to restrict sunlight?
Yes, we can alter the transparency of your canopy to prevent too much light or heat and provide a greater degree of shade.
What materials do your canopies use?
Our canopies use aluminium for the frame and a choice of glass or polycarbonate for the roof. They also have a choice of side finishes, with glass, solid walls or sliding doors.
