FAQs
Are the materials safe and fire-resistant?
Yes. Our verandas are manufactured using non-combustible, high-performance materials. All systems are accredited to BS EN 1090 and have undergone structural load and safety testing.
Do your verandas come with side walls or privacy options?
Yes. You can choose open-sided verandas for a breezy, accessible feel or add side panels (in glass or solid materials) for privacy, weather protection and enclosure.
Can we customise the design to fit our space?
Yes. Every veranda we install is made to measure. We’ll take into account your layout, table spacing, branding preferences and operational needs to deliver a structure that’s both practical and visually seamless.
How long does installation take?
Most verandas are installed in just one working day. We’ll work with you to schedule installation at a time that minimises disruption to your service hours.
Can verandas be used for outdoor dining all year round?
Absolutely. Our verandas provide reliable protection from rain, wind and direct sunlight. With optional side glazing or solid panels, they can create a sheltered and comfortable space through all seasons.
Are your verandas suitable for commercial restaurant use?
Yes. Our verandas are designed specifically for commercial settings like restaurants, cafés and pubs. They’re built from powder-coated aluminium with durable roofing - ideal for year-round customer use in all weather.
Can the awning be operated by staff easily?
Yes. Awnings can be controlled manually, via switch, remote control, or even smartphone app (S400 only), making daily operation quick and simple for staff.
How much do restaurant awnings cost?
Costs depend on size, model and features. As a guide, prices start from approximately £2,000+VAT for smaller systems. We’ll provide a tailored quote based on your requirements.
Is planning permission required for restaurant awnings?
In most cases, no. However, if your restaurant is in a conservation area or you’re installing over public land (such as a pavement), we’ll help you understand what’s required and provide drawings if needed.
