A cubicle curtain track system was designed, manufactured, and installed for a salon training centre in Merseyside to provide privacy for treatment and training beds. The project, completed within three weeks, was similar to those used in medical environments, benefiting from the team’s experience in manufacturing and fitting medical curtain track systems.
The process began with a detailed site survey to assess the space and determine the best configuration for the curtain tracks. A selection of durable, easy-to-clean curtain fabrics was presented to complement the salon’s aesthetic.
All components of the curtain track system were manufactured in-house to ensure precise fit and high-quality craftsmanship. Drawing on experience with medical-grade systems, the tracks were designed for smooth operation and long-term durability. The chosen fabric was cut and prepared to fit the custom track layouts, ensuring full coverage for each cubicle.
The installation team worked efficiently to fit the tracks securely, ensuring they were properly aligned and easy to use. The work was carefully scheduled to minimise disruption to the training centre’s activities. Once installed, the system was tested to ensure smooth operation and reliability. The client was highly satisfied with the quality of workmanship, the seamless installation process, and the proven reliability of the system based on its medical-grade design.
